PRO BONO
The team gives free legal advice to associations or NGO's of their choosing and takes part in the annual "Free legal advice day" for the poorest Polish citizens, which is organised by the Polish Bar Association.
Prices
The fee is always agreed upon by both parties and depends on the nature of the case, its level of complexity, predicted amount of manhours needed to resolve it, as well as The Ministry of Justice's regulation. It may include a subsistence allowance, costs of accommodation and travel, and additional fees for legal proceedings.
The contract may include an additional bonus for a particular result of the proceedings.
There is an option to negotiate a fixed fee for consulting and providing legal services for companies.
The fee can also be calculated based on an hourly rate.
